Shipping and Delivery

We want you to receive your orders safe and as soon as possible, wherever you are in the world. We usually offer flat rate shipping on all the products by Owl Crafts TM - except for the special orders, the delivery terms for which have been agreed with customers in a private way. Please read the following information to know the details of the safe delivery of your order.

Order Proceeding Time

We reserve three to five business days to fulfilling orders, though normally they are posted within a shorter time. Once your order is posted, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number of your parcel - for the International shipping (International Tracked shipping, Royal Mail), or the information about delivery - for the UK home shipping (1st class, Royal Mail).


We keep all plastic packaging to the minimum required for safe delivery to ensure that our packaging is as kind to the environment as possible. Normally, we use recyclable cardboard boxes / envelopes. We often recycle pre-used packaging, furthering its life, and would encourage our clients to do the same.

International parcels can be tracked at the courier (Royal Mail) web site.

Home (UK) shipping is 1st Class Royal Mail.

Shipping costs

We offer FLAT SHIPPING RATES for orders containing kits for silk ribbon and / or crewel embroidery.

Estimated Shipping Times

Unfortunately, we do NOT have control over any courier’s post services so once a parcel is posted, we have no control over its delivery. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. The shipping time varies due to destination and the time of year. Normally it is as follows:

UK: 1 to 3 business days

USA: 9 to 14 business days

Kanada and Australia: around 24 business days

Europe: 2 to 5 business days.

These terms might be prolonged in busy times of the year.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays caused due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Items

Unfortunately, we have no direct influence on the shipping process and therefore cannot be responsible for any items missing or damaged due any carrier. Still we are your guarantee of receiving your items safely. Thus, our first step would be making a search for it. (Please note we will only be able to deal with a lost item 30 days after being dispatched internationally).

Time proved Royal Mail to be a safe courier. Still, in the unfortunate event that your package does go missing we will resend your order free of charge - as soon as the lost is officially confirmed by Royal Mail.
